Starters

Winter Vegetable Broth and Croutons (v)

Baked whole Camembert with warm Ciabatta strips for dipping

Duck Liver Pate with Orange and Cognac served with Red Onion Chutney

Severn and Wye Smoked Salmon with Dill Mustard Sauce

Mains

Traditional local Turkey with Pigs in Blankets and homemade Stuffing

Grilled 8oz Hereford Rump Steak served with Garden Peas, Chips, Tomato and Dressed Leaves

Baked Sea Bass Served on a Potato and Parsnip puree with White Wine and Cream sauce and a fresh pan fried Scottish Langoustine

Warm Winter Salad of Radicchio with Wild Rocket and Feta (v)

Slow roast Lamb shank with Sweet Potato puree in Port, Cranberry and Rosemary gravy
